Addition of New Positional Data (INS)

Adds a new positional data.
(2) Procedures
Assume that you are going to add a new positional data ("POINT00011") just
after "POINT00005."
(a) Step 1: Selection of position to create positional data.
Move the main cursor to "POINT00005", and the following display is called.
