Job Status

You can confirm the status of jobs, delete jobs, and print files stored in a USB storage device.

Press the [JOB STATUS] button.

Press   or   to scroll the menu and then press   to enter the function menu.

Press   or   to select the function menu and then start the operation.

JOB STATUS menu items

When you press the [JOB STATUS] button on the main screen, the JOB STATUS menu appears. On this 
menu, you can confirm the status of each job, delete jobs, print files from a USB storage device, and print 
various lists.
The table below shows the functions available on the JOB STATUS menu and the reference pages.

*1 These menu items are available only for the equipment with the fax unit installed as an option.
