Setting up Print Options
When you print a document from Mac OS X, you need to set up page and print options.

[Page Setup] options
When you create a document to print, select [Page Setup] from the [File] menu of your application to open the
[Page Setup] dialog box and set the page attributes. When necessary, you can define custom page sizes
other than standard ones.

When you create a document, you usually set page attributes such as paper size and orientation from
within your application, which are linked to the [Page Setup] options.
 Page Attributes
1) Format For
Select a name of your printer to use for printing.
2) Paper Size
Select a paper size to print your document. Available paper sizes are listed below:
3) Orientation
Set the paper direction to print a document.
- Portrait — A document is printed in the portrait direction.
- Landscape (90 degree) — A document is printed in the landscape direction from the left.
- Landscape (270 degree) — A document is printed in the landscape direction from the right. You can
select this option only in Mac OS X 10.4.x.
