If the slave device parameter setting request is not completed in a specific time (4 seconds per slave
device x No. of slave devices) due to an error or the like, ERR and DONE are turned TRUE.

Completion status is output to STATUS.

If REQ is FALSE, both DONE and ERR turn FALSE.

When this function block is started (when REQ is turned TRUE), keep REQ TRUE till DONE becomes
