5.3 

How to stop 

 

To stop the system, follow the steps below. 

 

1 

Set the operation mode switch of the controller module to “HALT”. 

 

2 

Turn OFF the external power supply for the slave device and the slave device load power supply. 

If the external  power supply for the slave and  the  load power  supply cannot  be  shared, turn OFF the 

external power supply for the slave at the same time or after the load power supply. 

 

3 

Turn OFF the external power supply for the DeviceNet network. 

 

4 

Turn OFF the controller unit power. 

 

 

 

For system safety, turn off the DeviceNet slave device and 

its load power supply before the type1 light controller. 

 

Failure  to  do  so  may  cause  an  accident  or  damage  to  the 

machine.  The  external  power  supply  to  the  DeviceNet  slave 

device should be shared with the slave I / O load power supply. If 

this is not possible, configure the system so that external power 

and load power are turned off simultaneously.
