The Calls view only shows the calls that have taken place on the channels that have
been running tests (see Figure 36). This view shows the date/time and ID plus the
Time to Answer, Call Duration and Disposition, indicating if the call was answered or
not.

When viewing Calls, a Summary box displays the dispositions and total number of all
calls on the channels selected in the Select field.
