Applications
The BlowerDoor measurement system is a diagnostic tool used to assess the airtightness of buildings.
Typical uses:

Assessing airtightness respectively air permeability in new buildings and comparing the results
with legal requirements such as the Energy Conservation Act
•
Locating leaks during construction (of single family homes, apartments, schools, gymnasiums, etc.)
•
Assessing the leakiness of old buildings prior to renovation
•
Quality assurance and airtightness testing in passive houses
•
Special testing-for clean rooms (operating rooms, laboratories), etc.
