Overview of the positive pressure test / pressurization measurement

For a

positive pressure test

, the fan is

turned

around

. The flow rings point outwards, and air is

sucked into the building.

The tubing connections do not change.

Optional:

If you encounter strong pressure fluctuations while
recording the pressurization series, connect a
separate transparent tube to the free connection of
Channel A on the DG-1000 and place the end of the
tube into a flow-reduced area.

If flow ring D or E is used, the red tubing should be connected to ring D instead of to the fan.
