Before beginning the automated test, make sure that the speed controller is on and that the
knob is set to minimum.
In order to create a test report that meets the standards, first check the building for leaks at a constant
negative pressure of 50 Pa (see Chap. 5.1). Then, take and record a series of measurements at both
negative and positive pressure (see Chap. 5.2).
5.1
Leakage Detection at Constant Negative Pressure with TECTITE Express
For an initial assessment of airtightness, and for locating leaks during a walk-through, generate a
constant pressure differential (usually -50 Pa) in the building.
