CP525 cMux User’s Manual Rev. 5.20.12 (3944)
Virtual Relay
Selection of which virtual relay bit to use for this criterion, and a display of the current
logical expression associated with it. Select a virtual relay from the drop down list and
click the edit button to edit its triggering expression. This brings up a dialogue described
in
below.
Wait
The integration time to use for this criterion. This is the time to wait from the virtual relay
alarm condition is turned active to the criterion is evaluated as active. If the virtual relay
condition is deactivated within the integration time no muting is performed.
Active
Show if a criterion is active or inactive. A criterion turns active when the virtual relay
associated with it is active and the configured integration time has passed.
Timer
This column shows the integration timer countdown if the integration timer on the criterion
is currently running.
At the top of the criterion list there are three status fields:
Number of timers
This shows the number of integration timers that are currently running.
Timer
This field shows the criterion integration timer that is closest to expiry, i.e the time to a
muting action can be expected if currently unmuted.
Active criteria
Current number of active criteria.
Note:
When choosing a value for a criterion integration timer (
Wait
),
the integration timers for any input port switchers on ports referred in
the expression should be taken into consideration. The same applies for
auto-off times for the alarm types referred in the expression.
Any parameter change on the page must be followed by a press on the ’Apply’ button at the
lower left corner. This includes operations on the criteria list.
8.7.2.10.4 Edit Expression dialogue
The edit expression dialogue is used to edit the virtual relay logical expression for one criterion.
Expressions can be built by selecting alarms and ports, or by typing the expression manually.
See
for a detailed explanation of the expression syntax.
Label
Name used when adding the virtual relay. This name will be visible in the virtual relay
module.
