Directories and files management
The user can manage the files saved on
SD card with the help of the
File Manager
or
Setup Manager
function of the
File
menu.
<ENT>
The files are saved in the directory, which was assigned as a working
directory. The working directory is displayed in the bottom line of the
File Manager
window together with the memory icon.
Directories are created manually with the use of
<New Directory>
position.
In more details,
File
menu is described in chapter 7.
To change the working directory the user should select the desired directory
and press the
<ENTER>
push-button. Then in the opened window with the
command list to select the
Set As Working Dir.

<ENTER>
push-button again. The directory path on the bottom line will be
changed accordingly.
Manual saving of main results files
There are two options for storing result data in the internal or external memory. One option is to press
<Save>
push-button immediately after the measurement. Another option is to create
<New File>
in the
File Manager
window.
After pressing the
<Save>
push-
button the
Save Results
window
appears. In this window the user can
enter a name for the result file or
choose automatic name generation
option.

Same result can be achieved by
entering
the
File Manager
and
selecting the
<New File>
position on
the list.

Automatic saving of logger files
Files which contain the logger data are saved automatically in the
SD Card
memory with an extension .SVL. To enable automatic saving following
conditions should be fulfilled:
1. SD card should be inserted and there should be enough space on it.
2. The
Logger
(
path: <Menu> / Measurement / General Settings /
Logging Mode: Logger
) should be switched on.
