• The picture you wish to display
does not appear.
• An exclamation mark is displayed
beside Input in the Configurations
tab window of the Main Operation
window.
The input setting in the Configurations
tab window of the Main Operation
window does not match the input signal.
Check the setting in the Configurations tab window of
the Main Operation window. If the setting is not
correct, set it correctly.
The color is not displayed correctly.
The color temperature is not set
correctly.
Set the color temperature correctly in Color Temp
(page 45) of the Configurations tab window of the
Main Operation window.
Emulation of color gamut or Matrix/
Gamma is not set correctly.
Set Color Gamut (page 47) or Matrix/Gamma (page
45) correctly in the Configurations tab window of the
Main Operation window.
Moisture condensation has accumulated
on the surface of the RGB sensor of the
backlight LED.
Turn off the monitor and let it dry sufficiently.
• The picture is not displayed in the
selected color temperatures.
• An exclamation mark is displayed
beside Color Temp in the
Configurations tab window of the
Main Operation window.
When Quad View mode is selected,
signals of both XYZ and other formats
are input for four divided screens and
Format is set for them.
A different color temperature cannot be set for four
divided screens in Quad View mode.
Input the signals of XYZ or the same format other than
XYZ in the four screens and set Format in the
Configurations tab window of the Main Operation
window (page 44).
No markers are displayed.
The screen mode is set to 4K/QFHD or
2K/HD Zoom mode.
The markers are not displayed in 4K/QFHD and 2K/
HD Zoom modes. Select Quad View mode.
The monitor displays a DVI Computer
signal or HDMI computer signal.

For the screen to be magnified, Format
is set to HDMI or DVI in the
Configurations tab window of the Main
Operation window.
To operate the picture in 2K/HD Zoom mode, select
Quad View mode and set Format for the screen to be
magnified to a setting other than DVI and HDMI.
For the screen to be magnified, Input is
set to BKM-250TG in the Configurations
tab window of the Main Operation
window and the screen to be magnified
is set to the screen other than screen A.
To operate the picture using the BKM-250TG in 2K/
HD Zoom mode, input the signal you wish to magnify
to the input adaptor for screen A (page 16), select
Quad View mode, and set Input for screen A.
For the screen to be magnified, Input is
set to Input 2 on BKM-243HS or BKM-
244CC in he Configurations tab window
of the Main Operation window.
To operate the picture using the BKM-243HS or BKM-
244CC in 2K/HD Zoom mode, input the signal you
wish to magnify to Input 1, select Quad View mode,
and set Input for the screen to be magnified.
Input adaptors of the same model are
not installed in the same positions of the
option slots for screens A to D.
Install input adaptors of the same model in the same
option slot number (page 20).
When 4K/QFHD mode is selected,
the list of the desired formats is not
displayed in the combo boxes in
Format.
