5-1. Notes during Installation

Safety installation
Two or more people must install the equipment, at least one of whom must be trained.
Storage of parts
Store the outside cabinets removed during installation in a safe place to avoid damage.
Also store the removed parts and the unpacked parts that are supplied with the series consoles as well as
the outside cabinets.

Many outside cabinets need to be removed during installation. It is convenient to put marks or stick
memos on the portions to indicate where the outside cabinets should be reattached.
Installation procedure
The parts such as guide rails have been attached on the floor inside of the console in order to ensure
precision. Do not damage the parts by stepping on them or dropping tools. In addition, be careful not to
transform or damage the other parts inside the console.
Depth of the set during load
The depth of the set including the table top is 1100 mm. It is 800 mm or less when the outside cabinets
are not attached.
The outside cabinets required to be removed are as follows.

Screws

Be careful not to forget to fasten the screws during installation. Put unnecessary screws away and do
not leave the screws unfastened. If any part or screw falls during operation, a failure or malfunction
may occur.

When fastening the screws, use the following tightening torque.
Hexagonal head cap bolt (M3) : 1.4 N
