5. Connecting the X Rail (Top)

1.

Slide the X rail (top) of the extension console in the
direction of the arrow.  While pushing it against the X
rail (top) of the basic console, fix the X rail (top) of the
extension console tentatively with the two hexagonal
head cap bolts (a) removed in step 8 of “1. Removing
the Cabinet”.

When tentatively fastening the hexagonal head cap
bolts (a), be careful not to leave clearance between the
X rail (top) and the connecting block by the spring
washers of the hexagonal head cap bolts.

2.

Fasten the hexagonal head cap bolt (d) (4 

x

 16) of the

connecting block of the basic console, and align the X
rail (top) of the extension console with the reference
surface of the connecting block.

3.

Fasten one of the hexagonal head cap bolts (a) that are
tentatively fixed in step 1.  Check clearance between
the connected X rails.
Specifications : Clearance must be 0.1 mm or less.

Fix the hexagonal head cap bolt (d) with the nut until
the bolt does not become loose. (User the wrench of
size 7 mm)

Fasten one of the hexagonal head cap bolts (c) of the
connecting block of the extension console.

Fasten one of the hexagonal head cap bolts (a) that are
tentatively fixed in step 1.

7.

Fasten the nut until the hexagonal head cap bolt (c)
does not become loose.

8.

Fasten the hexagonal head cap bolt (d) to contact the X
rail (top) with the reference pin.

9.

Fasten the hexagonal head cap bolt (b) 5 pieces.

10. Fasten the nut until the hexagonal head cap bolt (d)

does not become loose.

11. Fasten the two hexagonal head cap bolts (e).

12. When you want to add the second to the 6th extension

console, connect the X rail (top) in the same way.
