11. Setting the Console
1.
Change the setting of the switch (S1) on the SE-590
board of the basic console and extension console.
After change, check it.

12. Installing the Cabinets

When the extension consoles in the range of 3 to 6 are
connected, install the DMSA-CBL1 before installing the
cabinets. (Refer to Section 6-6.)
1.
Attach the side panel fixing bracket that is removed in
step 3 of “1. Removing the Cabinets” to the end
console by reversing the removal procedure.
2.
Attach the side panel that is removed from the basic
console to the end console.
3.
Attach the rear door of the extension console.
4.
Attach the drive stage of the extension console.
5.
Attach the drive stage panel of the extension console.
6.
Attach the main panel of the extension console.
7.
Attach the rear door of the basic console.

10. Applying Grease
1.
Use a thin brush and apply grease (Molykote grease
PG-663 : 7-640-004-53) thin on the entire surface of
the gear teeth of the newly replaced X belt.

Be careful not to apply grease excessively.

Be careful that grease must not attach to other parts
than the specified area.
2.
Hold the Y rail and check its right and left movements
in the X direction.
(1) Confirm that the X cable is parallel to the X rail. If the
X cable is not parallel, lift up the X cable gently
several times so that it becomes parallel.
(2) Confirm that the transfer assembly can move from an
end to another end along the X rail.
