9. Phase Adjustment
1.
Move the transfer to the extension console side and
move the phase adjustment pin of the basic console to
its adjustment position.
2.
Push the X slider (top)/(bottom) against the phase adjust-
ment pin and check the clearance at the top and bottom.
Specifications : Clearance must be 0.1 mm or less.
If the clearance does not meet the specifications,
loosen the hexagonal head cap bolt (M5
x
12) that is
tightened in step 11 of “8. Installing the X Belt”, and
perform adjustment until the specifications are met.

Return the phase adjustment pin to its original posi-
tion.
Tightening torque : 0.8 N

4.
Remove the screwdriver, etc. that were used to fix the
carrier position and move the carrier to its original
position.
5.
Remove the shipping metal of the Z-axis.
