Test ID table—(TestId)

The TestId table contains information that is used to set up the test criteria. There is only one

motor record per motor. The test_key is the primary key. It is automatically generated when

a new test is added. The testid field is a unique identifier that the user gives each set of test

criteria to identify what motor(s) is meant to be tested. For example, 480 V w/o PI.
