Generating CSV files
The report generator provides you with the option to print the reference-to-bar EAR values
to a comma separated values (CSV) file for easy import in to a spreadsheet application. To
utilize this feature:
1) Start the report generator by clicking
File
,
Print
or by clicking on the
Print
icon in the
top left of the Main window.
2) Select the desired filter options.
3) Using the
Output Report To
dropdown list, select Ref to Bar EAR CSV file.

4) Click on the Print Text File button. This will open a File Save dialog box.
5) Enter the name of the CSV file for data output. Click the Save button.
6) The selected records will be written to the file named with the extension of .txt.
