In order to correctly update chart
Jp54nvpr
it is mandatory to first update the chart with file
Jp54nvpr.001
and then with file
Jp54nvpr.002
.
REMARKS
•
An update CD-ROM contains in general all available updates for all ENC cells. ECDIS will
automatically run all updates in the right order for all cells.
•
Updates not relating to a cell within the set of installed cells are discarded.
•
ECDIS rejects an update related to a new edition of the cell.
•
ECDIS rejects an update related to an older edition to the cell.
Display updates
Updates are displayed:
•
for a selected chart collection, when the Display updates function is called from the Chart
handling dialog (see
•
for a selected chart area.
•
for charts under a selected route.
Display chart updates inside screen area
Right click anywhere in the selected chart area and select
Display updates in area
item
from the list.
A dialog similar below is displayed:
The left frame contains list of cells that were updated.
Click on the cell name to see the history of updates for the selected cell. The history is
displayed as shown below:
