The icon
An alert icon will remain on the display until the alert is acknowledged and rectified.
Single alerts
A single alert is displayed with the name of the alert as the title, and with details for the alert.
Multiple alerts
If more than one alert is activated simultaneously, the alert message will display a list of up to
3 alerts. The alerts are listed in the order they occur with the alert activated first at the top. The
remaining alerts are available in the Alerts dialog.
Acknowledging a message
There is no time-out on the alert message or siren. These remain active until you
acknowledge it or until the reason for the alert is removed.
The following options are available in the alert dialog for acknowledging a message:

Close
(or OK)
Sets the alert state to acknowledged, meaning that you are aware of the alert
condition. The siren / buzzer will stop and the alert dialog will be removed.
The alert will however remain active in the alert listing until the reason for the
alert has been removed.
Disable
Disables the current alert setting. The alert will not show again unless you turn
it back on in the Alerts dialog.
Alerts dialog
The system includes three different alert displays:
• Active alerts

List of all active messages
• Alert history
-
Alert events, including alert type and time/date
• Alert settings
-
List of all alerts that can be enabled and configured by the user
