Operating sequences

 

 

 

        Press the air blow key to enter the air blow screen. See Fig 3-40. 

 

 

The screen displays two statuses: Air blow 1 and Air blow 2. When the 
mold reaches the position, air can blow by the set time. 

 

 

Air blow 1 (Air 1)

 select or deselect the air blow 1. When the mold 

reaches the position, air blow will be controlled by the set time. 

 

Air blow 2 (Air 2)

 select or deselect the air blow 2. When the mold 

reaches the position, air blow will be controlled by the set time. 

 

Mold position (MldPos)

 display the actual position of mold. 

 
 

Press Manual Air blow 1 

 

 to activate air blow 1, and press air blow 2
