Static routes can be manually added to the routing table when there are no notifications sent by other routers
regarding network topology changes.

Viewing a List of Static Routes
To view a list of routable Ethernet ports, type:
show running-config routing protocol
Where:
•
protocol
is either IPv4 or IPv6
If routes have been configured, a table or list similar to the following example appears:
ruggedcom# show running-config routing ipv4 | tab

If no static routes have been configured, add routes as needed. For more information, refer to Section 13.12.2,
