DANGER

ACTIVATION OF THE CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR
I N D I C AT E S  T H E  P R E S E N C E  O F  C A R B O N  M O N O X I D E
(CO) WHICH CAN BE FATAL.  EVACUATE THE CABIN
IMMEDIATELY.  DO A HEAD COUNT TO CHECK THAT ALL
PERSONS ARE ACCOUNTED FOR.  DO NOT REENTER THE
CABIN UNTIL IT HAS BEEN AIRED OUT AND THE PROBLEM
FOUND AND CORRECTED.

Periodically test the carbon monoxide detector per

the manufacturer’s instructions. Please refer to

the carbon monoxide detector manual or contact

the manufacturer for more information on main-

taining and calibrating the detector.

10.4 Maintenance

• Periodically lubricate all hinges and latch as-

semblies with a light oil.

• Periodically clean and coat gasket materials

with silicone to help keep them pliable.
