13. Pull both pistons (7) out of the housing.
14. Remove piston seals (9) and guide straps (10).
15. Disassemble the stop cover, (2) if necessary.
16. Clean all parts thoroughly, check for damage and wear and

grease with a lint-free cloth or brush.

Assembling

1. Assemble product in the reverse order. Observe the following

when doing this:

✓

Insert new greased seals.

✓

Make sure that the serrations of the pinion and the piston
are sufficiently greased.

✓

Before inserting the pinion (6): position piston (7) on the
dimension "X" in the housing, see following illustration.

✓

Unless otherwise specified, secure all screws and nuts with
Loctite no. 243 and tighten with the appropriate tightening
torque.

2. Mount product onto the system/machine.
