Re-installing the power plant
o
Slide down engine with mounted prop. onto the pylon fork – together with
the rubber engine shock mounts (vibration isolators, two per each lug).
Tighten engine mounting bolts such that the spacing between the rubber
shock mounts is as follows - see also sketch on page 4.2.5.3.
Upper shock mounts: 26.5 ± 0.5mm (1.04 ± 0.2 in.)

Secure upper engine mounting bolts using a cotter pin
o
Secure lower engine mounting bolts using safety nuts.
o
Reconnect engine wiring
o
Reconnect fuel line and impulse line on diaphragm pump.
o
Mount metal link connecting the decompression valves - see sketch on
page 4.2.5.3 and valve actuating lever
o
Carry out an inspection according to section 4.3.2.1.
