Parachute rip cord attachment (not illustrated)
Red ring, situated at the bulkhead in front of the fuselage steel tube center
frame, on the left side.
Adjustment of Backseat (not illustrated)
The optional backseat is adjustable according to the needs of the pilot. The
adjustment is only possible on the ground and must therefore be done before
the flight.
Harness
The harness should hold safely the pilot in his seating position at all times.
Turn the central fitting of the harness to open the mechanism.
Rear view mirror
The rear view mirror is situated at the top of the instrument panel. It is used to
observe the operation of the power plant and can be tilt up to do this. It can be
tilt down for best visibility in sailplane configuration.
Fuel shut off valve
Black knob on the right hand side of the cockpit inner skin. Push or pull the
knob to open or close fuel line to the power plant.
Open valve - Push knob forward
Close valve - Pull knob back
Decompression handle
Black handle located in front of the stick, on the left side. Pulling the handle
back will open the decompression valves.
