In addition to the minimum equipment listed under normal operations the following
is required:

1x Turn and bank indicator with slip ball

1x Variometer

1x VHF-Transceiver

Recommended additional equipment for cloud flying:

1

Artificial horizon

1

Clock

Warning:

Cloud flying is only permissible under following conditions:

o

without waterballast

o

up to a maximum mass of 490 kg (1080 lb)

o

when it is authorized by the applicable national operating rules

Note:

From experience gained to date it appears that the airspeed indicator
system installed remains fully operational when flying in clouds.
