If you are in “Expert mode”, then the window will look different – allowing access
to all of the servo parameters.

Because adjusting servo parameters incorrectly could potentially damage the scanners,
“Expert mode” is restricted to those customers who really need to be able to access and
modify operational parameters.

Note that Pangolin does not publish how to go from “User mode” to “Expert mode”.
Customers must contact Pangolin to find out how to change modes.

In any event, if the status area shows a problem, it might be due to the wrong COM port
being selected. If this happens, simply press Disconnect, choose a different COM port,
then press Connect again.
