Saving and recalling tunings from a file on disk

In addition to being able to save up to four separate tunings in memory, all of the
settings that make up a tuning can also be saved to a file on disk. This allows you to
have a virtually infinite number of tunings, instantly accessible any time you want them.

Saving and loading of tunings is accessed using the File menu.
