Each memory block is mapped within the fixed location of memory space. As shown in the figure 4-1, the
maximum size of ROM/SRAM/Flash/External IO bank is restricted to 16M-bytes and the SDRAM bank can be
mapped within 1G-byte memory space. It must be noticed that the base address of each bank is fixed and the
bank size is variable. Although the SDRAM bank size are up to 1G-bytes in the figure 4-1, the possible maximum
size is 128M-bytes because the SDRAM controller can supports 256M-bit SDRAM component.
