a) [Marker] box
Select the marker to be set.
b) [Open] check box
If this check box is selected, the corresponding marker will be displayed on the screen. If this check box is cleared, the marker display
will be shut down.
c) [Discrete] check box
If this check box is selected, the data of the actual measurement point will be displayed. If this check box is cleared, the interpolation
data point between measurement points is still displayed.
d) [Format] box
Select the marker data format. The marker data format may be different from the format of trace data on the screen. The above
formats are identical in the default mode.
e) Marker type zone
[Normal] option box
The X-axis location of the standard marker is fixed, while the Y-axis location changes with the trace data amplitude. The marker can
be moved right and left on the X-axis by changing the stimulus value.
[Fixed] option box
The X-axis and Y-axis coordinates of the marker set to be of fixed type remain fixed on the trace and do not change with the trace data
amplitude. The marker can be moved on the X-axis by changing the stimulus value, however, the Y-axis coordinate remains
unchanged. This kind of marker is mainly used to observe changes of trace data. For example, the fix marker can be used to compare
insertion loss changes before and after filter tuning.
