Set all the other parameters as depicted in the Figure 36 and confirm them with APPLY button.
Then save this new configuration into start-up memory with the button WRITE at the top of GUI page.
Configure the opposite side in the same way.
ATTENTION:
Do not forget to save the configuration with WRITE button.
Antenna alignment
Antenna alignment is performed with both terminals operating in normal weather conditions.
Aligning the antenna is performed in both horizontal and vertical direction using a DC voltmeter. The
highest is the measured voltage, the highest is the received signal level. The voltage level is measured
directly on the output BNC connector (Figure 37) on the microwave ODU (RSSI – Received Signal
Strength Indication). It is recommended to use an appropriate BNC reduction.
