Function Description
Illuminator Toggles illuminator, if equipped. NIR mode
must be on to see the illumination beam.
NIR toggle

Toggle the color cameras near infrared mode
on and off.
Slow shutter

Increase camera sensitivity for slow-moving or
fixed subjects in very low light.
Backlight Check when light source is behind subject.
Smart Mode SEE™sends signal acknowledging receipt of
instruction. Leave on.
Servos On Camera holds position despite wind and etcet-
era.
Brakes Leave on.
Stabilization Toggle Turn video image stability off or on. Corrects
low frequency vibration.
EVI D-100 Emulation Not supported.
Inverted Select this option if the camera is mounted in
the inverted (upside down) position. Contact
RVision support for the document explaining
the camera inversion procedure.
Use GOTOs Leave on.
Don’t wait for ACK Check to continue next command without
waiting for software or device ACKnowledge-
ment. Necessary on one-way links or slow
COM connections.
Show Log Check to display sent commands and device
ACKnowledgements in a separate “log win-
dow”.
Query PT Do not use.
N2 Pressure Displays the concentration of nitrogen remain-
ing in the color camera enclosure.
Get Serial No. Ask for and display serial number in log file.
Reset Send a soft restart to PTZ.
