Position error < Set Value of [Ft-3.19]
Output </NEAR> signal
When [Ft-3.18] is set with high value during the low-speed
operation (less 100 [pps]), </P-COM> output signal remains ON.
•
</P-COM> and </NEAR> are sequence output signal. To use
</P-COM> and </NEAR> function, allocate </P-COM> and
</NEAR> signal and refer to the “Allocation Method for
Seqeunce Output Signal” on the 3-18 page.

It set the allowable range of position error. If the position error is bigger than this set
value, the E.019 (Position Error Limit Exceeded : E.PoSEr) fault occurs.
