Below the title bar, all views show the most important RF and analyzer settings as
shown below; see
Signal Routing and Analyzer Settings
.
Tables
Most detailed views show tables providing a statistical evaluation of results. Diagrams
and tables are related to the same time interval of the signal. The statistical values in
the tables are calculated as follows:
●
Current:
Value of the result obtained in the last measurement interval. For some
modulation results the current RMS value (the average over all samples) and the
current peak value (the peak of all samples) is available.
●
Average:
Average of all "Current" values referenced to the last statistics cycle.
●
Min, Max:
Smallest or largest "Current" value that the R&S
CMW obtained since
the start of the measurement.
●
Max/Ext:
Largest or extreme "Current" value that the R&S
CMW obtained within
the measurement interval. For the error measurements (e.g. EVM, magnitude
error, phase error etc.) the extreme value is displayed (the biggest absolute value
with the correct sign).
Results for the waveform quality and EVM:
–
Remote command " ...:MAXimum?" for the objects with asymmetrical parame-
ters (e.g. waveform quality with the range 0 to 1 or EVM with the range 0% to
100%) queries the worst result.
–
Remote command "...:MINimum?" queries the best result, which is not relevant
therefore not displayed.
●
Std Dev:
Standard deviation of all "Current" values since the start of the measure-
ment.
All statistical results (statistical tables and "Average" or "Max" traces) are calculated
according to the general rules for statistical results.

Statistic Count
Progress bar for the measurement, displayed in all detailed views. During the first sin-
gle shot after the start of the measurement, the bar shows the number of elapsed mea-
surement intervals relative to the "Statistic Count". A filled progress bar indicates that
the first shot is complete and the statistical depth has been reached.

view"
Out of Tolerance
Percentage of measurement intervals that were failed because they exceeded the
specified limits.
