4.2.2 Frequency
Displays the frequency of the remote front end.

Option: R&S AREG-B124S / R&S AREG-B124D
These options support the frequency range from 24 GHz to 24.25 GHz. For these
options, the field "Frequency" is read-only.

Option: R&S AREG-B177S / R&S AREG-B177D
These options support the frequency range from 76 GHz to 77 GHz. For these
options, the field "Frequency" is read-only.
●
Option: R&S AREG-B181S / R&S AREG-B181D
These options support the frequency range from 76 GHz to 81 GHz. With a maxi-
mum bandwidth of 4 GHz, two different settings for the frequency are possible.
–
For the frequency range from 76 GHZ to 80 GHz, enter the center frequency 78
GHz.
– For the frequency range from 77 GHz to 81 GHz, enter the center frequency 79
GHz.
Frequency settings below 78.5 GHz will result in a Local oscillator frequency of
75.3 GHz. Frequency settings above 78.5 GHz will result in a Local oscillator fre-
quency of 76.275 GHz.
Every time the the frequency setting is changed, a local adjustment is recommen-
ded to ensure low local oscillator leakage.

4.2.3 Radar Objects
Displays the configuration settings of artificial radar objects for reliable testing of radar
sensors.

At least one radar object has to be configured. The maximum configuration allows four
radar objects.
