DUAL-DOK SYSTEM FAULT CODES
The DUAL-DOK system has fault codes built into the
program that allow the user to easily determine when
and where a feature malfunctions. If the DUAL-DOK
fails to respond to a command, press the FAULTS
button on the front of the control box Message Center.
The fault will be shown on the bottom line of the two
line Message Center display.
If the DUAL-DOK enters into a fault condition,
immediately do the following.
1. Barricade the dock position both at the ground level
and dock level to prevent unauthorized use.
2. Write down the fault as shown on the display.
3. Verify that the fault shown on the display is similar
to a fault presented on the Fault List Table or on the
inside of the control box.
4. While standing on the loading dock, visually inspect
the leveler deck and rear pivot pins for obstructions
or damage.
5. Refer to the Reset Instructions on page 41 of this
manual or on the sides of the control box.
6. If unable to return the DUAL-DOK to service,
lockout/tagout the power source and contact your
local RITE-HITE representative or RITE-HITE for
further assistance.
