7. Platform will not lower a. Selector valve pulled. a. Check selector valve position located on
in Leveler, Lift and/or front scissor cross member. Should be
Auto-lip modes. pushed in for normal operation.
b. No power to system. b. See General Power Problems.
c. Debris in pit. c. Check pit for debris and remove.
d. Support latch is engaged. d. Disengage support latch.
e. Dock height sensor improperly e. Check dock height sensor assembly and
adjusted. readjust. Reference Dock Height Sensor
Adjustment section.
f. Electrical system. f. - Check all limit switch inputs using the
function keys of the message center.
Compare limit switch states to State Chart.
- Check or replace (A0202) valve coil and
wiring terminated at junction box.
g. Hydraulic system. g. - Check and/or repalce (A0200), 3 way-2
position spool valve and/or (A0202)
normally closed pilot operated poppet
valve. May be stuck.
