7. Weld the base frame to the pit floor according to

Figure 11. Use 7018 low hydrogen welding rod.

8. Disengage the following safety devices:

a. Push in the selector valve,

b. Turn on power,

c. Disengage the support latch by returning the

platform to dock height by pressing and holding
the Lift UP and MANUAL/RESET buttons. The
support latch will automatically disengage.
