TEMPORARY ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
1. Connect the wire bundles to the control box. See
Figure 9. Set control box on concrete next to
platform.
NOTE:
The outside light selector switch must be turned to
the outside red position for any button to operate.
2. Turn power on and wait for the display to come on
line (approximately 30 seconds). Push the MANUAL
OPERATION/RESET button along with the Lift UP
button and hold until the lift stops automatically or
the platform is at floor level.
3. If the motor runs but the unit does not rise after ten
seconds, the motor is running backwards. Turn the
power off and reverse motor wires T1 and T3 in the
control box.

Three phase power (30A @ 240V, 20A @ 380V,
15A @ 480V, or 15A @ 575V) with a disconnect
must be available near the dock door. Verify the
voltage of the disconnect with the tag on the
motor harness. Incoming power and motor
voltage must match.
• DO NOT operate unit in Leveler Mode until
pivot blocks have been installed.
• The rear pivot pins will engage automatically
if the DUAL-DOK system is not operated for 5
minutes. Obstructing the pins could damage
equipment or result in personal injury.
Pressing the Lift UP button will reset the timer
for an additional 5 minutes.
• Watch the wire bundles. Movement of the
DUAL-DOK system may cause the wire
bundles to slip off the unit and fall into the
pit, or to become caught in the scissors lift.
