set incorrectly.

Pins are neither fully extended nor

Verify that the pin limit switch

fully retracted.

assembly is not damaged or

set incorrectly.

Loose connection with +24VDC

Verify all limit switch wire

PLC input terminals.

connections, voltages and
continuities.

Pin limit switch or cable is damaged.

Replace pin limit switch assembly.

Power was interrupted when motor

Disengage pins by pressing the

Leveler RAISE button along with
the MANUAL/RESET button. Then,

raise unit to stored position by

with the MANUAL/RESET button

until platform reaches dock height.

Float switch failure.

Remove liquid from pit and observe

liquid level line on pit walls to

determine if hydraulic reservoir,
junction box and motor were flooded.
Call RITE-HITE representative if any
of the above components were
flooded!

Repair bracket and reattach.
