Adding address entries
You can add entries to the Address Book to suit your needs.
To add an Address Book entry
You can add address entries to your Address Book to create a
contact database.
Note
You can have up to 3 email addresses for the same Address
Book entry. To add more than one email address click to view
the
New Address
menu, scroll to and click
Add Email
. An
additional field appears in the
New Address
screen and you
are able to add the second email address. When you
compose a message to the contact with multiple email
addresses and select the email send method, you will be
prompted to select which address to use.

In the
Home
screen, scroll to and click the
ADDRESS BOOK
icon on
the functions list.

The
Address Book
screen appears. Click to view the menu.
Scroll to and click
New Address
.

Type your contact’s information and press
ENTER
after each
field. You can also type your contact’s full name in the
