Solution. To the extent the third party providing the wireless data
service provides any warranties or guarantees that may be passed on to
YOU, such warranties and/or guarantees are automatically passed on to
YOU without any further effort on your part or on the part of RIM.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT IS THE EXCLUSIVE
REMEDY PROVIDED TO YOU. UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF
