Using the Installation Shell Script

Get the installation shell script from the printer.

Move to the directory you want to copy the installation shell script to.

Use ftp to connect to the printer with the IP address that you just config-
ured.
# ftp 192.168.15.16

ftp> get install

Close the ftp session.

Run the installation shell script.
# sh ./install

Insert a period and slash before the current directory.

Enter a number to select the workstation OS that you are using.
