REMOVAL OF FLEXIBLE COUPLING: 
 

1.  Remove the fuel pump/solenoid as follows: 

a.  Disconnect power cord from power supply. 

b.  Attach drain hose to the fuel water separator bowl drain valve. 

c.  Open drain valve and drain contents into a waste fuel container. 

d.  Using a 9/16” open end wrench, loosen and disconnect fuel in-line at fuel water strainer housing. 

e.  Remove drain hose and retighten drain valve. 

f. 

Using a 9/16” open end wrench, loosen and disconnect fuel line at the fuel pump/solenoid assembly. 

g.  Using a 7/16” open end wrench, loosen and disconnect the fuel nozzle tube. 

h.  Disconnect the solenoid electrical harness plug. 

i. 

Using a ½” open end wrench, loosen and remove the fuel pump/solenoid assembly (2) mounting 
bolts. 

j. 

Remove fuel pump/solenoid assembly from burner motor housing.
