Color Management
Gamma Correction
Select the gradation of the black parts of the image. This makes
even the darker parts of the picture look clearer.
Select the gamma correction mode using the SELECT
buttons.
Normal ....... This is the standard setting.
Natural 1 ..... Natural hues are stressed.
This setting is suited for watching TV programs and general im-
age sources.
Natural 2 ..... The dark parts of signals look clearer.
This setting is suited for watching movies.

Select Color Matrix
Set the color matrix for high definition TV programs or digital
programs. Select the input signal color matrix type.
HDTV .......... High definition broadcast color matrix
SDTV .......... Digital broadcast color matrix
Select Color Matrix Type
Select the format for separating video composite signals into
RGB signals.
Set the input signal color matrix type.
B-Y/R-Y ...... B-Y/R-Y matrix type
Cb/Cr .......... Cb/Cr matrix type
Pb/Pr .......... Pb/Pr matrix type
White Balance
This adjusts the signal’s while and black levels to optimize color reproduction.

Use “Brightness R”, “Brightness G” and “Brightness B” to adjust the black of the
picture.
Use “Contrast R”, “Contrast G” and “Contrast B” to adjust the white of the picture.
