Selecting Parental Control Settings

Passport DCT Customer Service Guide

To lock ratings

Press the SETTINGS button. The Settings menu displays.

Press the up or down arrow to highlight the Parental Control preference.

Press the right arrow to move to the Option column.

Press the numbered buttons to enter the four numbers of your PIN. You now see the Option
column.

Press the up or down arrow button to highlight the Lock Ratings option.

Press the right arrow button. A list of ratings displays.

R/TV-MA

Mature audience. The program is designed for an adult audience. The

program contains material that parents may find inappropriate for

children under age 17.

NC-17

No one under age 17 permitted. The program or movie is considered

too adult (containing violence, sex, or drug use) for viewers under 17.

Adult (or NR)

No one under age 17 permitted. This program or movie is not rated

(NR) but is considered too adult (containing violence, sex, or drug use)
