194 . Torion T-9 User’s Guide

 

 

 

Deconvolution uses the settings from the 

Target Library Editor

 

Setup

 and 

Deconvolution Parameters

 tabs to extract the spectra for a specific peak. 

 

Show/Hide Deconvolution Window

  

 - Six additional icons will become available 

after clicking the Show/Hide Deconvolution Window icon. 

 

1)

 

Run Deconvolution        

- This

 

icon is used to run deconvolution which extracts the 

spectra from the data file. 

2)

 

Erase All Deconvolution Data        

- This icon is used to erase the data from the 

window. Before the data is deleted a confirmation dialog will display requiring a user 

response of either 

Yes

 or 

No

 to save the current results before erasing the displayed 

data. 

 

3)

 

Show/Hide Deconvolution Columns

        - When this icon is clicked the 

Select 

Deconvolution Columns

 dialog will display. This window is used to select which 

columns are to be displayed or hidden in the deconvolution results window. When the 

column titles are uncheck the columns will not appear in the results window for the 

Target Compounds

 and the 

Unknown Compounds
