Backing up/restoring data

Saving automatically generated files

Save the CSV files (distributions, logs) automatically generated in this unit as ZIP format to a USB memory

device.

Select the CSV file type to save.

Select the “Year” to save.

Select the “Month” to save.

You can select multiple “Month”.

Continued on next page

Open the storage door and connect

a USB memory device to the USB

terminal.

This step is not necessary if you are downloading over a

network.

Touch [Backup/CSV Output] in

“Settings”.

The “Backup/CSV Output” screen is displayed.

Touch [Auto-save CSV file].

Enter the identification number (password level 1 or 2) and

the “Auto save CSV file” screen is displayed.
