_ is the factory default setting.
CHANGE
PARTITION NAME
Sets or changes the names of partitions in a storage device.
Note:
• The default value is the date and time when the partition was created.
• This is enabled only for TYPE S storage devices.
• This is displayed only when storage explorer.
DELETE LAST
PARTITION
Deletes the last partition on a storage device.
Note:
• Deletion is possible only when the cursor is on the last partition.
• This is displayed only when storage explorer.
DELETE FOLDER
Deletes a folder on a storage device in FAT format.

INDICATOR
Select any of the following items you want to display and press the [SET] button to add a
check mark to the item. When “ALL HIDE” is selected, other items cannot be selected.
ALL HIDE:
Hides all of the indicators.
MARKER:
Displays the shot marker indicator.
TEXT MEMO:
Displays the text memo indicator.
WIDE:
Displays the wide indicator.
PROXY:
Displays the proxy indicator.
Note:
Regardless of the above settings, the bad clip indicator (
)/(
), unknown clip indi-
cator, and incomplete clip indicator are always displayed.
DATA DISPLAY
Selects the items to display in the time display.

DATE:
Date of recording

Date and time of recording
CLIP NAME:
Clip name
USER CLIP NAME:
Up to the first fifteen characters in the user clip name
SLOT:
Slot number
THUMBNAIL TC:
Time code of thumbnail position
THUMBNAIL SIZE
Sets the size of thumbnails displayed on the screen in thumbnail mode.
SMALL:
Small (thumbnail display 4 x 3, property display)
MEDIUM:
Standard (thumbnail display: 4 x 3)
LARGE:
Large (thumbnail display: 3 x 2)
PB POSITION
Sets the playback start position for playback on the thumbnail screen.
RESUME:
Plays from the position where playback was stopped.
THUMBNAIL TC:
Plays from the time code of the thumbnail position.
START TC:
Plays from the start time code (beginning of the clip).
SORT
Sets the display order for thumbnails.
OFF:
Recorded order
SLOT:
Slot order (clips in the same slot are displayed according to the date and time of recording)
